These Terms of Use govern your access to and use of the Pathwise Psychology PLLC website (the “Site”), operated by Dr. Kelly A. Dickinson, PLLC (“Pathwise Psychology,” “we,” “us,” or “our”). By using this Site, you agree to these Terms. If you do not agree, please do not use the Site.

1. Purpose of This Site

This Site provides general information about Pathwise Psychology’s services, Dr. Dickinson’s background, and how to request a consultation. It is not a substitute for therapy, medical advice, or emergency services, and nothing on this Site should be relied upon for diagnosis or treatment decisions.

2. No Therapist-Client Relationship

Browsing this Site, submitting a contact form, or sending an email or text does not create a therapist-client relationship. A clinical relationship begins only after a formal intake process, mutual agreement to proceed, and completion of required consent and practice documents.

3. Telehealth and Licensure

Pathwise Psychology provides services exclusively via telehealth. Dr. Dickinson is licensed to practice psychology in Washington, Oregon, Illinois, New Mexico, Florida, and all PSYPACT-participating states. Services can only be provided to individuals physically located in a state where Dr. Dickinson is authorized to practice at the time of each session. It is the client’s responsibility to confirm and disclose their location for each appointment.

4. Eligibility

This Site and our services are intended for adults. By using this Site, you represent that you are at least 18 years old, or are accessing the Site on behalf of an adult client.

5. Intellectual Property

All content on this Site — including text, graphics, logos, and images — is the property of Pathwise Psychology PLLC or its licensors and is protected by copyright and trademark law. You may not reproduce, distribute, or create derivative works from this content without written permission.

6. Third-Party Links

This Site may link to third-party websites (such as scheduling or payment platforms) for your convenience. We do not control and are not responsible for the content, policies, or practices of those sites.
